Shortly after completing my Reiki Mastery, I visited the resting place of Mikao Usui and walked the paths of Mount Kurama, where the roots of Reiki are deeply connected.
There was nothing to achieve-only a quiet listening.
In the stillness of the forest and the presence of these sacred spaces, I was reminded that Reiki is not something to hold, but something to gently return to-again and again.
I carry this experience forward with quiet gratitude, allowing it to deepen my practice in simple and unseen ways.
